Other than Spring Break, April held other adventures for us.

Alaina and I discovered the joy of Marble Slab. Yum.

I went to work on "take your child to work day" and Sue decided she wanted to follow me around that day.  I was in my first classroom and was called to the office.  The sixth graders were going on a field trip and they didn't have enough teachers so they asked me to go along.  Since Braelyn was spending the day with me she got to go too!  We went to UNR and learned all about their engineering stuff.

This sign made us laugh and scared Sue a bit.  Do they really need to add the blood?  haha.

Bret and Alaina got a lot of entertainment shooting Braelyn's toy bow and arrow at each other.  We laughed super hard at how afraid Bret would get with that arrow aimed at him from a ten year old.  Definitely good times.

Bret turned 34 at the end of April.  We celebrated in Carson with family.  He got some fun stuff.  Mostly math related :)
